How to Bake Apple Tartlets

Make delicious and pretty apple tartlets with me!

This easy recipe only needs a few ingredients and is so pleasing to the eye!

Equipment

  • Cutting Board

  • Knife

  • Parchment paper

  • Pastry brush

  • Glass cup

  • Circle cookie cutter

  • Spoon

  • Oven

  • Fine Mesh Strainer

Ingredients

  • Apples

  • Puff pastry

  • 3 tbsp of sugar

  • Maple syrup

  • Egg

  • Powdered sugar

  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon sugar

Step 1

Using a glass, stamp out circles in your puff pastry. Use a smaller cookie cutter to create a bumper.

Step 2

Cut out a small triangle within your bumper to create the bottom and cut out some leaves to attach.

TIP

Score veins on your leaves!

Step 3

Brush and spread maple syrup on your apple shaped puff pastry.

Step 4

Cut thin apple slices and place them to form a dome on your apple shaped puff pastry.

Step 5

Brush egg wash to your puff pastry, sprinkle cinnamon sugar and bake at 275°C for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.

Step 6

Dust on powdered sugar and enjoy!
